As a few of you know, me and my husband are getting a puppy this Sunday (8/14). I'm not going to be on as much as usual, at least for a few days, because of cleaning the house up (aka: making room for the puppy) and taking care of her. I've NEVER had a puppy before, sooo this is a new experience for me.
I grew up with cats, I'm used to them taking care of themselves and only wanting attention when they come to me (which can be rare, if you are a cat person XD also depends on the cat too lol). So this is a whole new ball game for me, not to mention the fact that this puppy will be indoors with four cats...

As you can probably imagine, I'm going to have my hands full, lol.
If I'm really needed on the forum to reply, Chels can text me and I'll do my best to get back on to post real quick. Whenever I can be on, I will be, but my new puppy will be my first priority. We'll also be working on moving things out of this house and into a storeroom until we can start moving into our new house (we're waiting on both the title company and the sellers (again) >.> They love dragging their feet...)
Oh! And the reason we're getting this puppy now instead of later is because this is a rare opportunity to get a husky puppy for free. Already got the okay from our landlord to keep her in the house. He knows we're working on moving (actually, he's my dad XDD he's helping us get moved, lol).
Sooooo, yeah! New chapter in our lives is starting earlier than we planned XD We were planning to get a puppy AFTER we moved into our new home, but this opportunity presented itself and I know we would have regretted not taking it the moment it appeared.
I would have always been sad thinking about the puppy that could have been...
